Alabama Football seems close to score the second victory of the 2022 football season on Saturday . The local team – Crimson Tide – faces the Texas Longhorns.
Within the match we have the first clash between Nick Saban and Steve Sarkisian since Alabama’s previous offense coordinator left to coach. Sarkisian was Crimson Tide’s play caller during the 2019 and 2020 seasons.
Saban describes him as “very bright, very well organized. He did an outstanding job when he was here. He’s got a good system. He understands defense. He likes to see what you’re in if he can, so that he can run a play that’s going to be an effective play against that particular look or give his players the best chance to be successful.”
Sarkisian will now have the tough test of trying to beat his former boss and the top team in the country.
No. 1 Alabama (1-0) will face No. 22 Texas (1-0) on Saturday in Austin, Texas.
