Since calling off their engagement in 2020, the pair started a legal battle concerning the custody of their two children: Otis and Daisy. Olivia and Jason have been together for almost 9 years.
Initially, Sudeikis filed a custody petition against Olivia in the New York family court in October 2021. He asked for the children to be based there. However, Olivia would prefer her kids to live in between Los Angeles and London , where her current partner – Harry Styles – lives.
In more recent weeks, a judge has dismissed Sudeiki’s request, claiming the home of the children should – from now on – be Los Angeles.

The Don’t Worry Darling director was midway through a speech in front of a reported 4,100 industry executives when a person approached the stage and awkwardly handed her a manila envelope labeled “Personal and Confidential.”
After an open questions towards if the envelope contains a script, the actress soon realised what the envelope contained after she opened it. In later days the fans were clarified as well .
At the time , a spokesperson for Sudeiki claimed that they had no prior knowledge that she would be served such documents in a public environment such as a stage.
In more recent days the actress states that she her ex tried to publicly humiliate her :
“Jason’s actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard. He could have served me discreetly, but instead he chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible,” she stated .
However Jason insists that said documents were supposed to be handed off to her at Heathrow airport , not on stage. He also stated he did not want the papers be sent to Harry Style’s residence in London , fearing the children might see the documents.
In recent filings, Wilde wishes to continue the custody battle in Los Angeles after Sudeiki’s actions “made it clear we will not be able to work it out…”
